Care/Support Worker (Carer)

Location: Community-based / clients’ homes

Hours: Full-time & part-time available

Salary: Competitive, with mileage and travel time paid

​

Role Overview:
As a Care/Support Worker, you will provide hands-on personal care and practical support to our service users in their own homes. You’ll help them maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.

​

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

• Supporting with medication, meal preparation and nutrition

• Helping with mobility, transfers and safe movement

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Promoting independence and respect at all times

• Recording care notes accurately using our care system

​

Requirements:

• Kind, patient and reliable nature

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential (full training provided)

• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle (preferred)
